We “Bulk-Bill”
You must bring with you a valid Medicare or Veteran Card to enable us to bulk-bill you.
Otherwise, payment is required at time of consultation. Please ask reception staff.
Appointments & “Walk-ins” Available
We are open Monday-Friday from 8.30am and take last appointments at 4.00pm. We also provide “Walk-in” surgery throughout the day (ask our staff for more information). |
If You Require:
Results & Referrals - You need to see the Doctor. Patients are requested to phone the surgery 2-3 days after blood tests etc to check if they are normal or require a consultation.
Repeat prescriptions - cannot be provided unless the doctor has seen you in the past two weeks.

Avoiding Delays:
We don’t rush our Doctors. Our Doctors spend as long as they think is necessary with you, but that doesn’t mean you have to spend all day reading our magazines waiting for your turn! We welcome you to advise staff if:

You think your condition may be a medical emergency;

You think you may need a longer consultation;

You are attending for a specific clinical procedure (for example, wound dressing or skin cancer removal);

You have recently seen a specialist, been discharged from hospital, or are expecting pathology or xray results;

You have documents to be completed.
